Welcome to Cool 4 School, Sussex's leading wrap-around child care and extra-curricular clubs provider, situated in the heart of Lindfield/Haywards Heath.
Our carefully selected staff share the same passion, empathy and drive to deliver the highest level of care to your children. With backgrounds in sports, fitness, education and performance, you can be assured your children will receive the best level of care. For peace of mind all staff carry Disclosure and Barring checks certificates (DBS).

Whether you need occasional support or regular childcare throughout the week, our services are built to give you flexibility without unnecessary commitment. We also support families with tax-free childcare, vouchers and flexible booking options, making it easier to access the care you need, when you need it.

We offer Multi Skillz Club, Lego Club, Arts & Crafts, Loom Band Club, Football Club, Dodgeball Club, Film Making & YouTube Club, Drama Club, Boxing (non-contact) Club, Street/Dance Club, C4S Sports Day Morning Club, Classical Singing Club, Mindful & Wellbeing Club, Kwik Cricket & Rounders Club, Pokémon Club, Comic Book Club, Graffiti Club, Gymnastics Club.

We have full, half or extended day options for our holiday clubs. They run from 9am-6pm (with a minimum of 2 hour booking. Hot lunch and afternoon tea options also available.

PICK-UP & DROP-OFF SERVICE
We offer a safe drop-off service from school to your home, or chosen destination. We also take Child Tax Credits. Prices start from £19 depending on distance from school. All quotes provided are individually based and time required. Please contact us directly for a tailored quote.

We offer flexible, reliable childcare services outside of school hours during the week, as well as weekends - this service is available Mon-Sun 6am-11pm.

Built on hard work, heart and a genuine love for what we do.
Cool 4 School began during a challenging time, when our founder and their team were left unpaid due to their employer's financial difficulties and then made redundant just before Christmas. Instead of seeing it as the end, it became the push to build something better - something reliable, supportive and truly centred around children and families. With over 15 years' experience working with children in sport, fitness and childcare, the vision was clear: create a space where kids feel safe, valued and excited to be.
Today, Cool 4 School has grown into a trusted service offering sporting and performing arts activities, alongside hot meals and flexible drop-off options - all designed to make life easier for parents and more enjoyable for children.

Nutritious meals and snacks included, keeping children energised and ready to play.
At Cool 4 School, we provide a range of hot and cold meals and snacks (all included in your fee), to keep children fuelled throughout their time with us and beyond.
Our hot options include favourites such as pasta, beans on toast, noodles, and toast. While our cold choices offer a variety of sandwiches with fillings like jam, ham, and cheese. We also provide fresh fruit and healthy snacks including bananas, apples, grapes, cucumber, tomatoes, satsumas, rice cakes, breadsticks, crackers, and raisins.
Our aim is to offer balanced, familiar options that children can enjoy; helping them to stay energised, focused and ready to make the most of their day.
